Which one can you recommend as i have used Holts before ???
I've really only just grabbed a can from either local fuel stop or Halfords - haven't checked the make, but used 2 or 3 in the past and actually run my Bora for several years on a tyre sealed with foam!
I think they're probably 'much of a muchness' - ie... All similar???

Right - first time on this forum I have a CX3 (4 years old) with 16" alloys but like most new cars it was sold with an inflator and some goo. Whats the correct "skinny" spare for this car I have noticed that the 16" options seem to have 4 bolt fixings but mine has 5 - should I just buy the 17" option?

I think you can buy a 16" space saver wheel but try and find an online breakers who will probably have the correct wheel for your car and stick it in the boot as a spare.

The correct temporary spare tyres are any of the following sizes (from the Owner's Manual):
T125/90D16 98M
T145/90R16 106M
185/60R16 86M
The luggage board will only work safely at the lower level with space saver size T125/90D 16 98M

You can get the correct 16" 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern wheel from a Mazda parts dept. You will also need a fixing bolt for the boot, a jack, and a wheel brace.
