Updating of service information viewable on My Mazda App?

I had the 2nd annual service carried out last Wednesday but note as of today the electronic information shown on the My Mazda App hasn't been updated. I'll be phoning my dealer or Mazda UK Customer Relations tomorrow to find out what the update process is and when I can expect it to be showing on the app, but just wondered what were other owner's experiences

The updates on my My Mazda App work great.
I seem to remember that I could see updates service information the day after my service.
It must be Your dealer who's not updating the information correctly.

I did contact my dealer and Mazda UK Customer Services yesterday. Both replied today. The dealer confirmed the digital service record had been updated and Mazda UK Customer Services forwarded me a pdf copy, as well as saying they'd forward on to Mazda Germany my problem with the app. I decided then to log out of My Mazda, delete the app, reload the app, log in - and voila, the latest service information is now showing. So it sounds like a possible bug in the app which I assume will be resolved at some point.
