Could he 'go away'? Or is he here as a money earner by arrangement?

And I so dislike offers that say 'up to 15%' off. The up to are weasel words and immediately tag a brand as worthless.

To be fair, Adrian Flux has had a good name in many 'modified' car forums for many years and my son's have used them in the past due to them fitting extra's to their cars ( BHP boosting, lower suspension, after market alloys etc).

But I do understand, it just goes against the grain appearing to tout for business with possible reductions that 'most' people will get anyway.

Yes understood, not quite the same as gaining access to a forum, then touting without permission.

Spoilsport!

The original was more accurate don't you think?? :D

Advertising Standards Authority have rules, I understand. When I read an online paper, adverts are clearly defined and advertorials are declared as having an interest. Is Adrian F*** exempt?

I'm reminded of an old joke, perhaps worth repeating.,

On official working in a Bureau de Change at Heathrow was explaining some of the tribulations of dealing with over-seas visitors. One passenger from China or was it Japan, was remonstrating with him over the poor exchange rate. After much argument, hampered on both sides by inability to speak each others language, the Bureau de Change clerk said, exasperatedly, "well it's the fluctuations!" and added, stressing the syllables for emphasis, "fluctuations".

To which the visitor to our shores replied "Well, fluck to you Europeans too!"
