I'm looking to fit the Mazda detachable tow bar and wondered if anyone knows if it's compatible with an ALKO stabiliser? Thinking about getting a micro caravan which has the stabiliser as standard. Mazda unable to answer this. Their response was "I have spoken to our Technical Support Team and I am afraid this isn't a question we can answer, you will need to speak to ALKO". Thanks!

I have read the Alko stabiliser is suitable for detachable and swan neck towbars. I have also measure the clearances that mine has. The ball is 75mm off the rear bumper and the depth is more than adequate to achieve the 60mm shown on the following document:
