Good morning this sunny morning,

I am interested in the CX-3 skidplates (front and rear) but in Holland they will cost € 283,55 each, so that's € 567,10 in total without the costs of assembling.

There are also other, much cheaper, skidplates-sets for sale, for example: http://cartrimhome.com/steel-front-rear ... -2016-2017

or: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MAZDA-CX-3-F ... 3075515206
or: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fit-for-Mazda- ... 2923506419

Does anybody know how secure the imitation sets are fitting on the car?
And is it easy to istall it myself?
The imitation sets save a lot of money compared to the original ones...

It would appear the after market ones fit *over* the original parts so the moulding would have to be spot on to fit between adjacent parts etc. (and holes drilled to fit on at least one suppliers parts) whereas the original Mazda ones would be replacements - hence the difference in price of course! Only way to tell is to purchase and fit - unless you can find someone who's fitted them........... and hence your post here
