These are the materials I used for the passenger's side doors and will use for driver's side too.
First layer -
4mm for damping /because the material is harder/ and sound deadening
and second layer - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1M-x-70 ... 4c4dJv1srW
which is softer than the first one.
This way I get a 1.2cm insulation on the doors which is pretty good. When you knock on the door from outside the sound now is much muted compared to the rattling one before.
For the speakers - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-6- ... 4c4dO4ZPol
That's for the doors. On trunk floor, trunk lid and at the back of front plastic wheel crust I used only second material. The quantity needed for 4 doors, trunk and and crusts is about 7-8 square meters.
Empty plug under door panel
Project finished. Four doors are covered.
Just a proof that under the door panel is bare sheet metal with no damping tape at all -
First layer -
Second layer -
Some extra insulation added on door panel too-
Overall very happy with the result.

Interesting modification! How easy/hard is it to remove the door panels?
Some car's one has to just pull the panel away (and possibly break the plastic connectors), others have to be pulled away to one side.
