TCVBLADE, can you post a picture of your camera view?

Steve 67 1st photo on page 3 of this thread, he has a icon of the settings cog to the left and a car icon on the right, main doesn't have those?

As requested I've attached a photo of my camera view

Thanks, it's still fish-eye view. I'd be interested in seeing a "rectangular" view.

This might only apply to the latest models with the 360deg View Monitor facility, but still nothing to loose by trying it i.e. does pressing the Commander button whilst in reverse switch the camera view between what looks like a flat flat view and a fish eye wide view? See the page extract below

Just tried the above.... Don't work on mine..πŸ˜ͺ
Am I the only one whose display doesn't look like that. The only icon I can see when in reverse is the red pull down arrow that then brings up, contrast, brightness etc.
Same here, I can only change contrast etc.
And my view has always been fisheye, since I got the car back in December 2016, which makes sense to me, as I can see nearly 180 degress behind the car.

I'm guessing my operating system is out of date. So how do you go about updating it?

Got mine updated under warranty by saying it kept freezing on start up. Now got firmware starting with 7.

Re reversing camera never knew you could alter brightness, contrast etc until today.

In the UK, the icon of the car showing the parking sensors on the reversing camera image is only a feature of newer CX-3's that have updated hardware from the factory. It's not a feature that can be added to earlier models.
