My Mazda App vehicle registration problems
I have purchased a new Mazda CX3 in September and installed the My Mazda App on my Android devices, however whilst my personnel details have been registered onto the My Mazda App my car details have not. I have sent in my cars details i.e. a copy of the vehicles V5 document to Mazda Customer Relations Team via the app twice, but to date even after the latest My Mazda App update my vehicles details are still not available via the app, and neither are any of the facilities offered by the My Mazda App, i.e.breakdown notification and all the rest of the facilities. Has any other member experienced the same problems.

From what I recall Mazda needed the dealer to add the vehicle to the My Mazda app, because they have to input the pre-delivery check.
I would suggest you speak to the dealer you bought it from and let them log in the details.

I will pursue this with the dealer who has offered to intervene if I couldn't get any joy with Mazda Customer Relations, they have tried on my behalf to solve the problem but the App is controlled by Mazda Germany who don't appear to help with any degree of urgency or speed. I have been told by Mazda Customer Relations Service that they have been actively chasing with Germany but to date in my case no vehicle information is included. They have also informed me that other owners are suffering the same problems with the My Mazda App as I have !!!!!!. Incidentally the My Mazda App has been updated and improved, but still no joy for me.

GOOD NEWS After involving the Dealer Financial Director and Area Manager to my plight regarding the inability of Mazda Europe to enter my car details onto the "My Mazda App" and allow me to avail myself of all the facilities. The good news is that I had a phone call this morning from Mazda Customer Relations UK to inform me that Mazda Europe had rectified the problem and my car details are now entered into the "My Mazda App", and all the "My Mazda App" facilities will now be available to me, and upon checking the "My Mazda App"it is now fully up and running. So all I can say to anyone who is not able to use the "My Mazda App" is to escalate to both your local dealer and Mazda Customer Relations UK.

Couldn't agree more regarding the Forum, but the My Mazda App encompasses very useful facilities and a full record of your car including servicing.
