The ISO fix it to anchor the seat onto the car, the seat belts are then used to secure the child
I've only ever seen kiddy seats with belts - no need to use the seat bet in the car

I think it depends on age group, over a certain age the seat belts are used.
2019 CX-3, 2.0 Sport Nav+, Soul Red, Stone Leather, Safety Pack, Petrol, Manual.
