I'm getting the impression that the CX-3 won't get the Skyactiv X. I think that will go in the CX-30 and the CX-3 will be discontinued. Having said that, the CX-30 looks like a suitable replacement even if it is a bit bigger.

I don't think the CX-3 will be discontinued.
Mazda said the CX-30 will slide in bewteen the CX-3 and the CX-5 but they didn't sat it eould replace the CX-3.
And I think We will see a new CX-3 based on the new 3 platform within 1-2 years.
Remember the CX-3 is one if Mazdas most popular cars in Europe.
