so MAZDA will have the cx20, cx30, mx 50 adding the 0 to show the new generation of cars...so in time the cx5 replacement being the cx50 etc..etc.. well that would be the logical way to go..i haer they are dropping the 6 shortly aswell
I agree and it would make sense.
I'm hoping for a new CX-20 based on a shortened 3 platform with new engines and hybrid versions.

The 6 is planned to be replaced next year I believe, Mazda is currently working on a new Large Architecture platform which i rearwheel drive with optional AWD and two new inline 6 cylindre engines; Skyactiv-X and diesel.
It's even speculated that Toyota and Lexus will use the platform and engines.

Goodbye Steve and thanks for all your input. I'm sure you will have as much fun, or even more, with your new purchase.
I have not driven one, but I did sit it one yesterday and it did feel a bit more plush than the CX-3. I have no reason to change, the CX-3 gives me everything I need, but for anybody needing a little more space it has to be a considered choice.
Have fun
;)

Cheers.

We would still be in a Cx3 , (it's a good car) had the dealer not pulled out the deal he did.... initially the cx30 was too far out of our budget but they worked some magic, as they do, and being on a PCP made it even better deal

Keep on enjoying the CX3's 👍
