Is it possible to ''physically'' switch the radio off? I have noticed that it only seems possible to mute it of turn the sound down to zero but the radio is still active. Sorry but im used to having a button where it turns on / off :D

No, it's an integral part of the MZD Connect infotainment system, which is always on with the ignition. If you think about it, there is no need to turn the radio off if you can mute it or change to a different input source.
You can turn the screen display off if you want, but the system is still powered on until you turn the ignition off ;)
