For external plastics I use Car Plan -Black Trim wax( available on Amazon)-which--while mucky to apply--was long lasting and made one heck of a good difference. There's nothing on the instructions that says it can't be used in the cabin-other than a warning to not use on steering wheel.
For interior use--I tend to always use "Pledge"- or equivalent- for remarkably good results. The trick here is to ensure you apply with a cloth ( don't spray) then let your original application thoroughly DRY before buffing up.
