Hi, Im going to replace the horn with a couple of Stebel TM80 Compact electromagnetic ones, Seen them on MX5parts website (the red ones).. Can i just replace the exsisting one with these or will i need to fit a relay as well ? Thanks.

Each 80/1 high or low tone horn absorbed current rating is ≤5.5A and the 80/2 model absorbed current rating is ≤11A according to this document http://www.stebel.it/public/stebel.pdf
I don't know what the stock horn rating is. You may be best to fit an additional relay to be on the safe side. I think the twin packs come with a relay in the box.

I have fitted this and have used it for over 2 years and didn't fit a relay.
