I saw some snow socks advertised at really cheap price (£14) and I thought I'll get some just to throw in the boot (trunk)as It's got to that time of year again, so when we get 0.5mm of snow and come to the usual standstill I may still be able to get somewhere
However on further investigation turns out 215x50 R18 is a bit of a dodgy size, and I'd probably end up paying around £80 for some that fit, and so I was just wondering if anyone had bought/tested any?

I've had them for other cars, very good but they won't last long on bare tarmac... Although even when quite worn out they'll still work and get you out of trouble. (Yes the cx3 has a dodgy tyre size!)
