Thanks Julian for the link to Eurocarparts, I explored the site and purchased a complete Front set for my Mazda, the perfect match is the "DENSO" wipers, product code 485778226 for DENSO Hybrid Blade 22 inch, and code 405778186 for the DENSO Hybrid Blade 18 inch. Eurocarparts are offering 45% off at the moment a "Flash Sale". The Bosch wipers are quite different in style and not an ideal replacement. So thanks again Julian a nice saving to offset the stagering price of petrol. :) :) :) :)

I ordered on Monday after JT's recommendation and still await my wipers. Worse, yesterday I emailed customer service asking where my blades were. 24 hours later I have had zero contact - apart from a bot - to whom I replied:-

01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 00100000 01101100 01101001 01110100 01110100 01101100 01100101 00100000 01000010 01101111 01110100 00100001 00100000 01001000 01101111 01010111 00100000 01100001 01110010 01100101 00100000 01111001 01101111 01110101 00100000 01100100 01101111 01101001 01101110 01100111 00111111 and even the Bot didn't reply!! Frustrated or what??

It was an observation, not a recommendation.

P.S: If you ordered before 6pm and chose standard delivery, it does say on their website that delivery is within 3-4 working days (07:00 - 19:30hrs).

Yes, JT, that's as maybe. But I have, apparently, ordered wipers from them before and the delivery was, I believe, by post the day after. They weigh nothing and don't need a courier. But that wasn't the issue, orr 'issues'; there are two.
  1. All companies confirm your order. Then a few hours later they confirm despatch - there was no despatch confirmation from EUROCARPARTS - otherwise I would have waited.
  2. Customer services ignored me. I had no response for over 24 hours to my query. And by best-practise standards that is a dire performance.
It took a shitty review on their review partner's website and my posting here (Are you in EUROCARPARTS orbit JT?) before I got reply from customers services yesterday to tell me they will be delivered today (Friday) Then last evening I had text and email messages from DHL saying they would deliver on Friday. The fact they are using DHL for a next day delivery is testament to a cock-up.

After I'd taken JT's recommended observation and ordered I thought that was that. But when things began to go wrong I had a look around at the competition. I found that EUROCARPARTS even with their 45% off were not good value by any means. So next time I'll do my own research and I can't see EUROCARPARTS getting my business again.

I seem to remember the last time I bought from them it was 50% off; is that how they work - permanent discounts but end prices still failing to be competitive? "Eurocarparts - never knowingly oversold"
