Does anyone know where the SOS Buuton is installed in the CX-3 "lifesaving emergency call system - known as eCall. It includes an SOS button fitted in the vehicle".

Not all models have it. If the system is installed in a CX-3, the SOS eCall button will be between the interior roof lights (See the Owner's Manual).

eCall was made mandatory in all 'newly developed' cars sold within the European Union from April 2018. Mazda's that are not 'all new', are what they call an IPM (Interim Product Measure); an existing model that just has improved model changes, e.g., new lighting, new bumpers, Mazda connect system and some new interior features. IPM models are not subject to eCall being mandatory.
