not much luck on my side neither... initially was booked for today but I got a call from mazda on Friday advising that now I am booked for....31.06.2017... that will be 8 weeks from when diagnosed... in my books that is "piss poor"! not impresses at all.

The condenser I had in September last year was confirmed failed on 23rd June. My dealer ordered a warranty replacement and the new part arrived last week. They fitted it on Saturday morning and replaced the tailgate struts under the safety recall notice as well. I'm told there may be a recall for brake hose clips next; I'll let you know if I find out any more.

Hi,
I am at my wits end with my Mazda dealer. My CX3 2016 car has been in to the garage on 5 occasions for air con checks and repairs after I realised my air con was not working in May. firstly they regassed it and then my condenser was replaced but the air con failed a day later. I was then told it was the eveporator. Car was booked in last Wednesday for the repair but on the same day the repair was due I was told they did not have the part and it would not be available until at leat 10 days as it was on back order. Mazda customer care said the garage should have known this part was not available. The whole handling by Mazda in Norwich has been a complete fiasco. I have now been given a hire car the spec and quality of which is way below my CX3 and still have no idea when my car will be repaired. I am paying a monthly loan on this car and I have had a total so far of 2 weeks when I have not had use of it. I have been a Mazda customer for over 15 years and after this experience I have lost faith in this brand and it is unlikely I will be having a MAzda in the future. Sarah

Isn't it about time that Mazda did a recall on all CX3's that have not had their condensers and climate control panels replaced?

The parts are already being replaced under warranty if they fail, and the dealerships have been advised what to do.

Are you based in the UK? It would help forum members answering any questions you raise if you've got your location on your profile and your car spec - either owned or possible purchase - in your signature. Check out this post on how to do this :-

Regarding recalls in the UK, you can find this out on this Gov't website :-

http://www.dft.gov.uk/vosa/apps/recalls/

As I understand it, if your car VIN fits the range of any cars affected by a recall you should get a letter direct from the DVLA advising you of the fact and asking you to contact a dealer to arrange for any rectification work.

Technical Service Bulletins are published on an online portal which is made available to Mazda dealerships and to users who have registered and been approved by Mazda, e.g. Independent Operators.

Access to the information is charged for various periods of time. Current prices range from €5.00 for an hour's access up to €1660.00 for a year's access.

Whilst you may find Mazda TSB's on these forums and in other places on the Web, be aware that reproduction, alteration or inclusion in publications or websites, is actually only allowed with the prior written permission of Mazda Motor Europe or the legal owner of the information concerned. This also applies to any form of redistribution or forwarding of the content of the Mazda Portal.

TSB's may be amended by Mazda at any time, so if you Googled and found info posted on the Web in good faith, it may be out of date.
