Starts at £26,995 after Gov't £3,500 grant.

Four colours available - Polymetal Grey Metallic and Ceramic Metallic standard, Ceramic Metallic with brilliant black roof and grey metallic side pillars is £950 extra, Soul Red metallic with brilliant black roof and grey metallic side pillars is £1,250 extra

I agree, ridiculous range when compared to the competition. Waste of time.............Must try harder Mazda.

More plastic cladding than the CX-30 which is ugly...this is awful.

I agree about the mass of cladding. No cost body colour option due to the lack of paint used. :lol:

You're aware of Mazdas arguments for the MX-30 to have that range?

The average daily commuting distance in Europe is just below 30 km.
Why waste money and ressources on a bigger battery when it's not needed?

I, for one, would seriously consider the MX_30 as a second car, using it for my daily commute.
And I don't think it's thought of as a number one car, unless you really don't drive that far.

I agree Santa. Up until last year the BMW i3 had a lot lower range than that and sold well. They will be bringing two other versions out. One will have a range extender (Rotary Engine) and the other will be a Hybrid. So plenty of options available in the future.
