When I bought my CX3 new in October 2017, I'm pretty sure they said it had three years free updates. My daughter has a CX5 and hers has just run out after three years.
I tried to update my CX3 due to massive road changes around East Midlands Airport and it tells me my updates have run out.
Does anyone know if three years was the normal update period?

Mazda provide free European map updates for 3 years commencing when vehicle has travelled 63 miles (100km) with the installed SD Card.

Try again with Mazda Toolbox, if you get the same result, there is an SD Card diagnostics option in Toolbox that you can use to report info about the map installed, your current licence etc. Then see your dealer.

P.S: Mazda only update the map up to twice a year, so the changes you seek may not be on the current map even if you do get to update the card.

Thanks I'll try that. You confirm what I thought I understood. I've tried to contact Mazda but no reply yet.
