Yep mine is the same - rubbish! Mazda deny any issue - piece of crap.

Well it looks like they have fixed the "notchiness" issue with the new steering column. Unfortunately I've not been able to use it much recently due to the travel restrictions so no long journeys or motorway work to do a proper test. I'll report back later with more news some time in the future.

This is a very common issue on CX-3. The Mazda dealers are silient, not any recalls. There is a light resistence in the steering. I'm booked to have the steering column replaced.
I made a video showing the problem

Just seen this post and it is something that occurs on my 19 plate Sport Nav+. Definitely notice the 'notch' in steering when making small adjustments on mainly A roads or motorways. Thought it was an issue, as no other car I have owned has ever felt like this!

Has anyone managed to get to the bottom of the problem and are Mazda aware of it, in order for it to be fixed?
