Nav SD Card not recognised after car detailing

Hello,
I just had my car detailed ready for sale.
As I was driving away from the car wash place, I noticed that my car's 2015 Mazda CX 3 nav was not working and was coming up with the compass message.

I am not sure how to fix this! Apparently it has something to do with the SD card.
Any help is appreciated.

First thing I’d try would be to reset( reboot) the whole display. Hold Back, Nav and Mute for 10 seconds then release.

Check the sd card is still there & not been "removed" by those at the car wash .
Sports Nav Auto Petrol 2017, 131bhp (chipped), Soul Red, Half Stone Leather, Safety Pack, Arm Rest, Auto Folding Mirror Kit, Detachable Tow Bar, HatchBag Boot Liner, Stebel Nautilus Compact horn. Space saver.

+1 but first try ejecting the card and put it back in.
2016 Mazda 2 Sport Nav 1.5 Skyactiv Diesel.
