As i see its only by modding manually infotainment system which is not a solution:)
Issue is that i want to avoid charging and using phone at the same time in order to to kill battery life.
So first thought was to use Android wireless. But as i see this is not a stable or official solution.
Is anyone having any mobile heating issues when on Android Auto?

If I understand correctly, the OP is looking for an Android Auto solution that, unlike the official accessory, doesn't require the 'phone to be hardwired and on charge during use. However, the CX-3 does not support Android Auto wirelessly.

I have an iPhone using Apple CarPlay with the official accessory and although the 'phone does get warm it's not a problem. Your Android 'phone should control the charging and so the battery life should not be adversely affected. The fact that the processor in the 'phone will be working hard running sat nav etc will also generate some heat. Consider where you're putting the 'phone whilst in use in the car (e.g. not in front of a warm air vent) and not wrapped in a dense case.

interesting

given the rate Bluetooth drains my battery if I am streaming music, I now always plug it in to keep it charged.

in the past, I've found using Google Maps, or other sat nav apps kills the battery
