I am having an issue with AA sound quality for almost an year. The problem is that every time I connect my phone to the car via AA the BT audio option is off and the sound is weak.
If I manually turn it to ON than the sound from car speakers becomes rich and loud as it should be. Its annoying to switch it on manualy every time.
For a few seconds when I connect it to head unit the audio button slides to "on" but then immediately turns back to "off". Reconnecting the cable or disconnecting BT usualy solves the issue.
I think the problem comes from head unit because when the car is turned on the following captions line up at the top of the screen
- phonе conected
- sound device is connected
- sound device disconnected
Can you please help resolve this?

P.S. I found what turns bluetooth audio off and it's android auto. As long as the phone is not plugged into the port and the AA is not working the audio slide is on. The moment the AA becomes active it disconnects the audio channel connection between the car and the phone and I have to manually switch it on.
