DAB+

Quick question. I’ve certainly got DAB in my car but not sure if that includes DAB+?
I’ve read that certain stations ( Classic FM for one) are coming off regular DAB in Jan 2024 and will only be available on DAB+ and FM.
Can anyone advise?

According to a Sep2018 brochure I've got, the multimedia system is either :-

SE Nav+ or SE-L Nav+ models
AM / FM / DAB radio, single CD / MP3 audio system with 6 speakers

Sport Nav+ model
AM / FM / DAB radio, single CD / MP3 and premium BOSE® sound system with 7 speakers

I guess if it was DAB+ it would have said? However checking the Owner's Manual for the same year it does have a note saying that "This unit is also compatible with DAB+ radio". This added note wasn't in the 2015 Owner's Manual which suggests the 2018 model does have DAB+ it's just the display icon only shows DAB without the + ?

The CX-3 has had DAB+ since it's introduction.
Here in Denmark we switched from DAB to DAB+ in 2017 and my old CX-3 from 2015 worked fine.

As it happens , living where I do along the Sussex/Kent coastal areas, the DAB signal can be a bit iffy. It’s all very well having a huge range of stations, but no good at all if they keep fading out.

However good old FM is superb with excellent technical quality for BBC 1,2,3,4, Local and Classic FM
