Many thanks for that.
My car is now out of manufacturer's warranty and I have chosen to have the next service at an independent garage. Do you happen to know how I can access and retrieve the Mazda service history?

A Mazda dealer or authorised repairer can access the Digital Service Record (DSR) and either print it out or email it to you. The MyMazda smartphone app also lists servicing history recorded on the DSR.
An independent operator (IO) can register with Mazda to be able to get paid access to technical information and also update the DSR. They can register by creating an account via the Mazda UK website.
If your chosen IO does not register, after a service you can email Mazda UK with a scanned copy of the invoice which confirms the date/mileage at the time of service to mmukassistance@mazdaeur.com and the DSR will be updated for you.
